The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the oversight of all dining-related functions in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The Director establishes and implements policies and procedures, develops staffing plans, reports and budgets, coordinates with other departments, and ensures quality and safe sanitary resident services.
